E Commerce Listing Specialist (Part Time, Tue, Thu, and Fri) (Food Services) Position SummaryResponsible for photographing and listing items online, within our E-Commerce platforms. Associate must also store and maintain inventory system for E-Commerce items.
Essential Duties- Meets or exceeds daily listing requirements.
- Lists all items accurately with no typos or spelling errors.
- Identifies rare, collectible and/or unique items which will generate online sales.
- Achieves an average selling percentage of 80%.
- Responds to customer service inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintains clean, organized work and storage areas.
- Other duties within the scope of this position may be assigned.
The associate in this position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Education / Experience / Certificates / Security Clearance- High School Diploma or GED required.
- No previous experience required.
- No professional certifications are required for this position.
- The associate is not required to drive as part of their job duties.
- The associate will be required to successfully pass a criminal background check.
- E‑commerce research and listing experience, or equivalent knowledge from personal online sales experience, preferred.
- Knowledge of Goodwill's product sales lines (music, jewelry, art, electronics, cameras, etc.) preferred.
- Specific category skills such as jewelry, games, media, instruments, and electronics may factor into an Associate's day‑to‑day responsibilities. Skilled individuals may become subject matter experts and devote more/all of their time to specific categories.
- Knowledge of online programs such as Google, eBay, and required.
- Experience with Excel and online research strongly preferred.
- Strong creative writing ability required.
- Knowledge of digital camera use and ability to take acceptable digital photos for online listings required.

Information Privacy and SecurityThis associate may have access to Confidential Information (CI) and is required to be familiar with the Goodwill Privacy policy 10.23 related to the handling of CI, and follow all related procedures required to protect the privacy and security of CI.
Physical Demands / Work Environment / Work ConditionsThe associate is required to lift 100 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects up to 50 pounds. The associate works in an environment with frequent exposure to extreme atmospheric conditions (temperature, noise, fumes, dust, etc.). The associate must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as business needs dictate.
