Position: Retail Inventory Supervisor - Mornings (Part Time, Early Morning work with potential for flexible hours)

• Coach and train Inventory Associates — accuracy matters.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow — your playbook for success.
• Lead and engage: serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns, support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager, while driving operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team.

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
• Comfort learning and using handheld scanners or count tools
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen if required
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting driving requirements may be required

This position requires standing for prolonged periods with occasional walking; repetitive hand/wrist motions; ability to crouch or kneel; frequent use of a ladder; ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs; ability to travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
