As a Customer Service Teammate, you’ll help customers care for their cars by explaining wash options, preparing and loading cars, and assisting with self-cleaning options. You’ll also help maintain our facilities to ensure a clean, high-quality experience for all customers.

To succeed, you should be able to:

• Engage positively and energetically with customers
• Understand, retain, and follow safety procedures and instructions
• Stand, move, and smile for long periods

You must also:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Verify eligibility to work in the US

Compensation typically starts at $15/hour, including a base pay of $13/hour plus an average of $2/hour in commission from sales. Top performers can earn more, with uncapped commissions. Actual pay depends on location, skills, and experience.
