Position: Sales Team Leader, JACK & JONES
Reports to: Store Manager
Location: McArthur Glen Designer Outlets, Richmond, BC
Compensation Offered: 19.00$/hour

What you’ll do:

• Lead and inspire a team to create an energetic and positive shopping experience.
• Show off your retail expertise by driving sales, meeting targets, and keeping our customers coming back for more.
• Make sure every customer leaves with a smile! Provide top-notch customer service that goes above and beyond.
• Be the guardian of our floor stock, making sure it’s always on point, while also keeping the store looking sharp and visually appealing.
• Stay in the loop with JACK & JONES’ products, and exciting store promotions.

What it takes:

• You demonstrate the level of leadership and drive that comes from a minimum of 1-2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience

• You're great at making those visuals pop! Your knack for arranging stuff doesn't just look cool; it practically makes customers want to buy the whole outfit.
• You demonstrate lot of initiative! You get things done ;)
• You know teamwork makes the dream work. You’re the best teammate!
• You bring the party to the sales floor – your positive vibes are contagious.
• If you have excellent communication skills - we remember you.
