The Role:
This role represents a strategic evolution of HR analytics, functioning as a “People FP&A” hybrid. You will move beyond traditional reporting to own and support human capital budgeting, workforce planning, and forecasting, ensuring talent strategy aligns tightly with financial and operational goals.
Driven by increasing demand for deeper insights and the expansion of our Visier analytics platform, this role is critical to scaling the firm’s ability to understand and manage headcount, spend, and organizational performance.
You will partner closely with the Talent Data Manager and serve as a key bridge between Talent, Finance, Recruiting, and business leadership, enabling data‑driven decision‑making across the firm. Your work will directly support senior leadership conversations and help build the next generation of talent analytics infrastructure.

Core Responsibilities:
Workforce Planning & Budgeting
- Support and help evolve the firm’s human capital budgeting process, including salary, taxes, and total compensation spend
- Align headcount planning with financial forecasts, ensuring talent decisions are grounded in cost data
- Partner with Finance to support annual budgeting cycles and ongoing workforce forecasts
Analytics Infrastructure & Platform Development
- Build and maintain analytics and reporting within Visier, enabling leaders to self‑serve insights into headcount, budget, and workforce trends
- Support development of cost center frameworks, improving visibility into spend by department vs. location
- Contribute to the continued evolution of the firm’s talent analytics ecosystem, including AI‑enabled insights
- Help evolve the firm’s analytics capabilities from descriptive reporting to predictive and decision‑oriented insights, enabling more proactive, data‑driven leadership decisions
