Monitor entrances/exits and sales floor for potential theft; identify suspicious behavior and theft indicators;
Walk the sales floor to identify theft indicators and address potential theft as directed by Store Leadership;
Partner with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimize shortage;
Maintain a visible security presence and provide courteous customer service while deterring theft;
Educate and train Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and loss prevention practices
