Position: Finance Manager — Richmond, VA, USA (Mayland Drive) — hybrid or remote available

• Perform Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting activities including development of executive reporting, trend and variance analysis, and risks and opportunities
• Prepare and deliver financial presentations, business reviews, commentary across multiple functions and levels of leadership
• Develop partnerships and collaborate with business owners to improve financial projections and processes
• Support ad-hoc analytics or projects and strategic initiatives as needed

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience
• Prior experience performing budget, forecast, plan, variance analysis
• Intermediate skills in Excel (formulas, modeling, pivot tables) and Power Point
• Proven success in building effective business partnerships at multiple organizational levels
• Executive presence and experience with presentations to various leadership levels
• Ability to provide strategic recommendations and influence stakeholders to make decisions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical skills - ability to create, manipulate and analyze financial models
• Motivated self-starter that is well organized, dependable, efficient and results oriented
• Strong time management and organization skills with flexibility to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Ability to collaborate with teams across multiple functions to effect a solution
• Ability to work with team and business partners across geographies
• Experience with Hyperion Essbase or Smart View; SQL a plus

4-year degree required; MBA preferred in finance or related field

McKesson Medical-Surgical (MMS) is a subsidiary and publicly reported segment of the McKesson Corporation. MMS distributes medical-surgical supplies, pharmaceuticals, diagnostic equipment and supplies, along with other solutions and services to virtually every type of healthcare setting and provider outside of the traditional hospital. Alternate Care markets include physician offices, surgery centers, long-term care providers, laboratories, home health and hospice agencies, health systems, government facilities and online marketplaces and retailers.

Career Level:

P4. We offer a competitive compensation package as part of Total Rewards. The pay range for this position is $97,900 - $163,100 and may include annual bonus or long-term incentives. Benefits eligibility and details are provided according to company policy and applicable regulations.
