Together we create the cutest, cuddliest (and sometimes downright unusual) plush and lifestyle products in the world. Our offices are located in a sunny Soho loft in NYC and downtown Washington DC.

Responsibilities- Understand organizational objectives and make decisions in partnership with the Store Manager that align with Company priorities and values.
- Enforce sales strategies, initiatives, and growth across all categories.
- Manage productivity: hold self and sales team accountable for personal sales.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the local market/mall to drive brand loyalty and business (e.g., charity events, local associations, mall initiatives).
- Resolve customer issues in a solution‑oriented manner; partner with Store Manager and/or District/Regional Manager as appropriate.
- Develop individual and team product knowledge to stay up‑to‑date on all current Squishable in‑store products.
- Assist in supervising the team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis; empower others and encourage individual growth.
- Provide constructive feedback to colleagues and Store Manager.
- Two plus years of relevant supervisory experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
- Dynamically engaging leader passionate about empowering, inspiring, and developing team members.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills to balance priorities and deliver results.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and recognition.
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, intuition, self‑motivation, and drive.
- Team player who fosters collaboration and engagement.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Physically able to lift cartons up to 25 lb. and transport stock as required.
Pay range is $14–$16 an hour.
