Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. Omni Experience Ambassador will also be working within all digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize handheld scanner to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Communicate problems with inventory or equipment and report expired or short‑dated items.
• Work with club team to replenish merchandise and pull from reserve area when possible.
• Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements and KPIs.
• Follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards with adherence to SOP for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Securely package orders according to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain the SFC area neat, clean, and organized.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products per standard operating procedures.
• Process returns to the club and determine handling through DDR or Membership desk.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures, including dress code standards.
• Meet OMNI productivity expectations regarding service level agreements (SLA), performance metrics, and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including work in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box or wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Most of the time is spent moving continuously on hard surfaces, involving bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, stooping, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Lifting or moving objects over 30 pounds may require assistance. Work environment includes moving machinery, loud equipment, potential temperature extremes when pulling refrigerated orders, and occasional exposure to company‑approved cleaning agents.

According to Pay Transparency requirements, the starting compensation range for this position is $16.25 per hour. Salaries will vary based on location, education, experience, and qualifications.
