As a Sales Associate, you will be dedicated to understanding customers' needs and offering meaningful solutions. You are the first point of contact and advise, sell, and recommend products. When not servicing customers, you restock, maintain visual merchandising, fulfill online orders, and perform cleaning duties.

• Proactively greet and welcome every customer to create a welcoming environment.
• Interact with customers to help them choose products and provide recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals.
• Fulfill online orders timely and accurately in compliance with company guidelines.
• Boost product knowledge by learning features, advantages, and benefits, and staying on top of nutrition, wellness, and fitness news.
• Support store management during opening, closing, and operating, including cash handling, inventory count, deposits, and maintaining store appearance.
• Stand or walk for up to eight hours a day, often bending, twisting, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Work in temperatures ranging from 50 to 85°F and use a computer up to 60% of the time.

• Work nights or mornings to open or close the store.
• Be available on peak business days/hours including weekends.
• Work all major U.S. holidays that the store is open.

Sales Associates must be at least 18 years of age.
