Part‑Time Store Associate – Short Pump Town Center, Richmond, VA

Fabletics is looking for driven Part‑Time Store Associates for our upcoming location in Short Pump Town Center. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on delivering a best‑in‑class retail experience.

• Embodies Fabletics culture, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Actively engages customers in new and meaningful ways by sharing product knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drives customer engagement inside and outside of the store, including store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicates inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve the customer experience.
• Maintains store merchandising guidelines and supports a well‑organized, shopper‑friendly environment.
• Provides and incorporates feedback to continuously improve store performance.
• Achieves personal sales goals and meets or exceeds performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintains safety and security standards and communicates potential issues.
• Unpacks inventory boxes (10‑30lb.) as required.

• At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred).
• Knowledge and familiarity with active‑lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude with ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, priority setting, and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work with large teams and socially interact with customers, employees, and partners.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, national holidays, and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Physical ability to lift, move, stand for at least two hours, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
