Job Overview

Position:
Full‑time Sales Lead, Short Pump Town Center, Richmond, VA. Responsibilities include delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience and supporting Sales & Operations. Reporting to the Store Manager.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage customers on fabrics, fit, and product features.
• Support and inspire associates to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines and ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
• Communicate inventory needs and provide feedback to store management.
• Participate in store events, promotions, community projects, and other customer engagement activities.
• Maintain personal sales and meet sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security standards and report potential issues.
• Unpack and handle inventory boxes (10‑30 lbs).

• Minimum 1 year of retail work experience.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active‑lifestyle choices (Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working with large teams and handling ambiguity.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate others.
• Multi‑tasking, prioritization, and work well under pressure.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be 18 or older.

Position requires constant movement, standing for at least two consecutive hours, carrying boxes (10‑30 lbs), and may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
