This Retail Sales Associate position is located at the Richmond International Airport. The role supports customer service, stock duties, pricing, and cash handling while working a full-time schedule and providing flexibility to work any shift, any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.

• Acknowledge and greet customers
• Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees and store management
• Know basic store layout to assist customers in product selection and answer questions about the store
• Operate a cash register following company policies and cash handling procedures
• Communicate pricing, out-of-date and inventory issues with management
• Protect all company assets and stock merchandise in stores and backrooms
• Isolate, sort, and organize damaged and outdated products and returns; inform management of out-of-stock situations
• Help maintain a neat, clean, organized store (sweeping, dusting, straightening merchandise, trash removal)
• Place stock orders, receive freight, load and unload trucks
• Provide ongoing stock replenishment to the sales floor
• Assist in inventory and reconciliation of inventory variances
• Perform related work as assigned

• Required Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities
• Ability to multi-task
• Be able to lift 40-60 pounds
• Ability to work in environment exposed to the elements, both hot and cold
• Good time-management skills and problem-solving abilities
