Job Summary

The Ancillary Team Member plays a key role in enhancing the guest experience while driving additional revenue opportunities across the venue. This position supports premium offerings, merchandise, upgrades, and other value‑add programs that elevate the fan journey from arrival to encore.

• Engage guests in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
• Promote and execute ancillary programs (upgrades, add‑ons, premium experiences, etc.)
• Support merchandising or specialty sales areas as assigned
• Assist with set‑up, inventory tracking, and end‑of‑night reconciliation
• Maintain clean, organized work areas
• Collaborate with box office, guest services, and operations teams
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Availability on nights on both weekdays and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Confident, solution‑oriented mindset
• Comfortable handling transactions and cash procedures
• Positive energy and team‑first attitude
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced live event environment
