• Educate customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club and other services.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations through first impressions.
• Engage with customers before and after the wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment such as computer, POS, etc.
• Pitch membership packages when interacting with new customers.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand knowledge base.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast‑paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
