As a Team Leader, you will support the site’s facility and operations responsibilities.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth
• Maintain rigorous quality standards and perform quality control checks
• Educate customers about the Unlimited Wash Club and engage them pre/post wash for 100% satisfaction
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively
• Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process
• Drive team performance to exceed service standards and foster a positive, collaborative team environment
• Lead the team in achieving and sustaining high‑quality service
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment
• Demonstrate flexibility and set an example through leadership

Required to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift. Ability to work on your feet, operate in all weather conditions, and lift up to 25 lbs.
