• Assist with daily store operations and activities
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
• Organize and manage merchandise from delivery to sales floor

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to interpret operational directives is required
• Previous store management experience in a retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and meet physical demands of the role
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required
• Proven customer service, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities

• Experience in a high‑energy team environment
• Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and record‑keeping procedures
• Background in managing promotional displays and store merchandising
