ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate guest experience on the shop floor, drive engagement and product education, and create a service-led environment that sets us apart.
You will lead Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, recruit and develop talent, analyze reports to guide action, and partner with store leadership on budgets and operations. This is a full-time role with 32–40 hours weekly, including weekends.
