Freedom Outdoors is looking for motivated team members with open weekday availability who enjoy working with people and providing exceptional customer service.

• Welcome customers with friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
• Create and update customer profiles.
• Inform customers about promotions, memberships, and special events.
• Process retail transactions accurately.
• Serve as a Range Safety Officer (training provided).
• Rent range lanes and assist customers with targets, ammunition, rentals, and accessories.
• Work with teammates to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Friendly, positive attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Firearm knowledge preferred but not required.

• Open availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
• Must be available to work opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Holiday availability is required.
• Occasional weekend availability is a plus.
• Typical schedules range from 15-30 hours per week, based on business needs.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely perform Range Safety Officer duties after training.
