We're looking for an Outbound Sales person.

The right candidate will have experience in the following areas:

Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customer via telephone and emails to cross-sell, upsell and schedule pending estimates.
Call potential customers that are generated by external lead sources
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
Answer new and existing customers' questions and sending additional information per email
Keep up with product and service information and updates
Maintain accurate records of contacts, accounts, and appointments
Maintain corporate database by entering new customer data and update changes to an existing account
Ability to overcome objections of prospective customers
Close sales and achieve sales target

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Associate's Degree Preferred, High School Diploma or GED Required
Proven customer service experience
Proven sales experience preferred

Solutions oriented mindset to successful close customer sales

Proven track record of over-achieving related to business key performance indicators (KPI's)

Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to handle phone calls successfully and display active listening skills

Familiar with computer functionality

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities

Flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends

Team Oriented

Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

Possess higher level thinking skills, ability to follow a set process. Strategic thinker mindset

Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check
