This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Richmond, VA. The Salesperson will drive new business by engaging prospective clients, understanding their remodeling needs, and offering tailored solutions in bathroom renovations. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting consultations, creating proposals, effectively communicating project scopes, and following up to secure customer satisfaction. The role requires a customer-focused approach, strong communication skills, and a hands-on commitment to managing sales activities that contribute to team success.

• Sales and customer relationship management skills, including building rapport with clients and effectively addressing their needs
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to clearly convey project ideas and close sales
• Ability to manage administrative tasks such as creating proposals, tracking leads, and maintaining documentation
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills to address client concerns and offer customized solutions
• Proactive, goal-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Sales experience in the remodeling or home improvement industry is a bonus
• Familiarity with bathroom remodeling trends and processes is an advantage
