** Key responsibilities of position (Job Description)
*** Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product and services.
* Investigate and identify parts/products needed by customer.
* Create and actively follow up transactional quotes.
* Proactive looking for upselling opportunities.
* Actively follow up the quote in order to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs.
* Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.
** Requirements / Qualification
*** 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Support (preferred)
* Preferred to have experience in CRM/ERP systems
* Intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English
* Demonstrates agility, strong decision-making, and a proactive drive for results
* Excels in customer focus, collaboration, networking, and continuous learning
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials)
