• Promote sales to existing clients
• Identify and solicit potential clients
• Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend appropriate goods or services
• Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
• Deliver sales presentations
• Prepare and administer sales contracts
• Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
• Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors and market conditions
• Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
• Resolve product and service related problems
• Advertise and/or promote products, sales or services
• Provide customer service

• Education:
  
  College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience
• Experience:
  
  2 to less than 3 years
• Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
• Personal suitability:
  Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, initiative, positive attitude
