Responsibilities
  • Deliver the highest level of client satisfaction
    , anticipating needs and exceeding expectations with transparency and attention to detail — going above and beyond is in your DNA.
  • Collaborate with Management to ensure compliance with company processes, policies, taxes, and government regulations, while staying up-to-date and open to learning industry trends.
  • Promote new business and expand the company’s customer base through proactive follow-ups and lead generation.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all vehicle models, specifications, prices, features, colors, and options.
  • Utilize all company resources to maximize sales opportunities and gross margins.
  • Accurately enter and manage client information in One-Eighty CRM
    .
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of European and luxury vehicles
  • Open to learning industry trends and staying informed on new developments
  • Proven negotiation and sales skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English and additional languages are an asset
  • Experience with One-Eighty CRM is a plus but not required
  • Valid VSA & Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
  • Minimum 1 year experience in automotive sales preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems efficiently
