, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations with transparency and attention to detail — going above and beyond is in your DNA. - Collaborate with Management to ensure compliance with company processes, policies, taxes, and government regulations, while staying up-to-date and open to learning industry trends.
- Promote new business and expand the company’s customer base through proactive follow-ups and lead generation.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all vehicle models, specifications, prices, features, colors, and options.
- Utilize all company resources to maximize sales opportunities and gross margins.
- Accurately enter and manage client information in One-Eighty CRM

- Strong knowledge of European and luxury vehicles
- Open to learning industry trends and staying informed on new developments
- Proven negotiation and sales skills
- Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English and additional languages are an asset
- Experience with One-Eighty CRM is a plus but not required
- Valid VSA & Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
- Minimum 1 year experience in automotive sales preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems efficiently
