We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative who is driven, competitive, and eager to maximize earning potential in a supportive and well‑resourced environment. This role focuses on advising clients, closing business, and building long‑term relationships using live‑transferred prospects and pre‑set commercial appointments. You will work in a professional setting with flexible scheduling, strong leadership support, and clear advancement opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits- First year earnings expected to be $55,000-$85,000

- Document client interactions, coverage recommendations, and sales activity accurately
- Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development initiatives
- Self‑starting, highly driven, and motivated to win business
- Charismatic communicator with strong persuasion skills
- Resilient and confident in a performance‑focused sales environment
- Comfortable with friendly competition and goal‑based compensation
- Prior insurance or sales experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to obtain insurance licensing with agency support
