We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative who is driven, competitive, and eager to maximize earning potential in a supportive and well‑resourced environment. This role focuses on advising clients, closing business, and building long‑term relationships using live‑transferred prospects and pre‑set commercial appointments. You will work in a professional setting with flexible scheduling, strong leadership support, and clear advancement opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
  • Sell personal, commercial, and life insurance policies to new and existing clients
  • Conduct client consultations to assess risk and recommend appropriate coverage
  • Manage relationships to drive retention, cross‑selling, and long‑term value
  • Document client interactions, coverage recommendations, and sales activity accurately
  • Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development initiatives
Requirements
  • Self‑starting, highly driven, and motivated to win business
  • Charismatic communicator with strong persuasion skills
  • Resilient and confident in a performance‑focused sales environment
  • Comfortable with friendly competition and goal‑based compensation
  • Prior insurance or sales experience preferred but not required
  • Willingness to obtain insurance licensing with agency support
