Territory Representative (INSIDE SALES) – Richmond, VA

OVERVIEW

Biz Buy Sell , a CoStar Marketplace, is the internet’s largest and most-trafficked marketplace for business sales. Our platform connects small business buyers, sellers, owners, and brokers—who rely on our data and services to make informed decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Educate clients on the value of advertising on Biz Buy Sell  through phone demonstrations.
  • Overcome prospect objections.
  • Make and field a high volume of sales calls.
  • Hit monthly revenue goals through closing deals.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person college/university.
  • 1‑2 years of sales experience (inside sales or internships).
  • Proven track record at assertively convincing prospects that now is the right time to buy a solution.
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Ability to learn and perform virtual demonstrations of our products and services.
  • High energy, a strong desire to achieve top results, and a positive “can‑do” attitude.
