Sales Representative at Cava Companies

Cava Companies is a local leader in the residential real estate industry and residential rental management business. We are a medium-sized business consisting of top-producing, friendly, and positive people. Our senior management and staff have extensive experience in real estate development, finance, economic development, project management, leasing, and property management. We have in-depth knowledge of the Richmond market, contacts, and the growth trend of this great city.

We own more than 185 rental units in and around Richmond, and our staff of 16 buys, fixes, and flips more than 200 homes per year.

We are looking for a tenacious, resilient, and strong communicator to join our team as a Sales Representative
. This role emphasizes building rapport and relationships with individuals, requiring an outgoing, poised, and persuasive communication style. The primary responsibility of the Sales Representative is to generate home seller leads using the company's proprietary CRM system, lead generation software, and other advanced tools, with the goal of setting appointments for our Acquisitions Managers.

The targeted prospects have already expressed interest in selling their homes. The main objective is to connect with prospective sellers and ensure a smooth handoff to one of our Acquisitions Managers.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a sense of urgency for goal achievement across various activities and projects.
  • Build relationships and rapport through outbound calls, focusing on engagement and commitment.
  • Pre-screen sellers based on motivation level, urgency, and other indicators.
  • Make quick decisions during conversations with potential customers, adapting to changing conditions.
  • Set appointments for the Outside Acquisitions Manager based on seller motivation and equity.
  • Ensure process compliance and accurate KPI reporting in the CRM.
  • Assign potential realtor listings to listing agents.
  • Qualifications
    • Individuals with drive and motivation.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Real estate experience is a plus but not required.

    Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 yearly
