The Opportunity

This is a ground-floor sales opportunity for someone hungry, competitive, and ready to build. You’ll join a small, tight-knit team where your effort directly impacts growth, revenue, and the future of the sales organization.

Whether you’re a veteran transitioning into sales, an early-career sales professional, or an experienced B2B equipment salesperson, this role offers real training, direct mentorship from ownership, and uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Do Sales Prospecting & Pipeline Growth
  • Prospect and generate leads using customer lists, internal data, and market intelligence
  • Build a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Follow up with discipline, urgency, and professionalism
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing customer accounts
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build trust with new and existing customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right equipment, service, rental, or parts solutions
  • Represent the company with integrity, confidence, and strong product knowledge
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience from first conversation through close
Product & Market Knowledge
  • Develop a deep understanding of commercial and industrial floor cleaning equipment
  • Learn the company’s full portfolio of machines, chemicals, parts, rentals, and service offerings
Team Contribution & Growth
  • Work closely with ownership and the broader team to support customer success
  • Help build the sales playbook as the company grows
  • Contribute to a performance-driven, veteran-friendly culture
  • Grow into increased responsibility and potential leadership as the team scales

  • Existing relationships in facilities, operations, warehousing, manufacturing, or property management
  • Prior military leadership experience
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals or building a territory
Compensation & Benefits
  • $40,000–$55,000 base salary, based on experience
