SMB Account Executive, Comcast Business

Job Summary

Responsible for the sale of integrated communication solutions to small-to-medium business customers. Develops relationships within the community and positions Comcast brand as key component of sales strategy.

• Assist with creation and delivery of face‑to‑face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services.
• Promote bundled products to ensure optimal solutions for customers.
• Achieve sales targets, exceeding departmental, financial and unit goals.
• Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
• Generate new leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, referrals and partner relationships.
• Develop sales territory and cultivate local business partnerships and affiliations.
• Retain customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo and ensuring superior customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet operational efficiencies and service levels that exceed expectations.
• Prepare sales and activity reports as required.
• Participate in out‑of‑office meetings and demonstrate strong verbal, written, presenting, persuading and negotiating skills.
• Maintain regular, consistent, punctual attendance and ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedule and overtime as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; combination of coursework and experience may be considered.
• 0‑2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong adaptability, communication, critical thinking, problem solving, customer‑focused approach, persuasion, professional integrity, resilience, technical knowledge, workplace organization.

• Base Pay: $49,816.00 per year.
• Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $79,816.00 per year.
• Commission or bonus program based on performance.
