Insight Global is looking for a Sales Executive to work in Richmond, VA for a Light Therapy Studio. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and converting leads into loyal members. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in a growth-driven sales role, with a strong understanding of membership sales. The role involves primarily warm calling leads, with some cold calling required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into memberships
• Conduct warm and cold calls to prospective clients
• Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of our wellness products and services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Utilize the Mind Body platform to manage client information and sales activities (preferred)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the wellness industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a growth-driven environment
• Strong understanding of membership sales
• Experience with warm and cold calling techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with the Mind Body platform is a plus

Compensation:

$55,000 to $65,000 per year annual salary. [
