We are currently partnered with a rapidly growing biotech company focused on hematology, oncology, and rare disease that is continuing to expand commercially across the US.
We are looking for an experienced Hematology Account Manager to support a high-priority territory and drive strategic account engagement across academic and community hematology/oncology centers. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams across Market Access, Medical, and Commercial to support treatment adoption, educate customers on clinical data, and navigate the complexities of specialty product access and distribution.

Richmond, VA / Charleston, WV
Preferred in Richmond
Key Responsibilities:- Build and execute strategic territory and account plans
- Develop strong relationships with hematologists/oncologists
- Educate customers on clinical data and support treatment adoption efforts
- Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical, and Commercial teams
- Utilize CRM tools, analytics, and business insights to drive territory performance
- Operate autonomously across a large geography while maintaining a collaborative mindset
- Thrive in a fast-paced biotech environment with a strong patient-first culture
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience
- Hematology, oncology, solid tumor, or rare disease experience preferred
- Strong specialty account management experience within academic and community settings
- Product launch experience required
- Existing KOL and key account relationships highly valued
- Startup biotech experience preferred
- Specialty pharmacy and reimbursement knowledge preferred
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to drive business independently
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic planning skills
- Proven ability to adapt and succeed in evolving commercial environments
