Sr. Manager Off-Premise Distributor Lead

Summary

The Sr. Manager, On & Off-Premise Distributor Lead manages distributor and key account relationships across the assigned Virginia market, driving sales, depletion and KPI achievement. This hybrid field and remote role partners with distributors, field trade marketing and brand teams to execute programs, activations and account plans while supporting market-level strategy and execution. The role requires frequent account visits and driving.

• Manage day-to-day distributor relationships and communicate expectations to ensure flawless execution and KPI achievement.
• Track distributor KPIs, drive sales and depletion goals, and execute national and local program calendars.
• Develop and execute key account plans, visit accounts, sell brands, identify upsell opportunities and bring in appropriate resources.
• Partner with Field Trade Marketing, Experiential Development and distributors to deliver activations, manage order execution and support pricing and fulfillment.
• Report opportunities, risks and competitive intel; lead trade advocacy, distributor education and market visits.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience and 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in wine and spirits.
• Deep knowledge of distributor networks, sales techniques, finance and budget management, and strong relationship building, influencing and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel frequently in market, valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; ability to lift up to 20lbs.
• Flexible, adaptable mindset with strong analytical and communication skills to respond to evolving business needs.
