As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing long‑term customer relationships while driving revenue growth across your assigned market.
You will:
- Support the sales executive in their territory by visiting clients daily and branding and marketing the company
- Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure exceptional service
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Attend networking events and represent the company to grow a new client base
- Represent the client at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings; coordinate client events such as spa days, fishing trips, golf events, concerts, and sporting events
- Manage and grow a current base portfolio account for long‑term success
- Develop strong, positive client relationships
- Act as trusted advisor and primary support to the sales executive
- Identify opportunities to expand services and improve sales performance
- Generate new business using existing networks and new prospecting strategies
- Follow up on leads and referrals generated through field activity
- Identify and network with new sales prospects
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and marketing functions
- Distribute marketing materials, swag and represent the brand professionally
- Set up and manage marketing displays when required
- Host fun marketing events for clients
- Report quantitative data from marketing efforts to leadership
- Work closely with local and national operations teams
- Ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Identify and resolve client concerns quickly and professionally
- Promote the overall success of the organization through teamwork
- Monitor account targets
- Provide regular updates on account performance and transactions
- Maintain current knowledge of services, industry trends, and competitors
- Proven ability to build and grow long‑term client relationships
- Interest in Marketing with a Bachelor's Degree (new grads considered)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer‑service oriented mindset
- Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
- Comfortable networking in local industry groups and associations
- Willingness to attend required operational and safety training
