Full Time Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 Base+Commission/year Bridgestone Hose Power, LLC is the premier distributor of hydraulic and industrial hose products. Due to current and projected growth, Hose Power is looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-oriented Account Manager who will thrive in a performance-driven B2B outside sales environment to join our rapidly expanding sales force.

As An Account Manager You Will:
  • Contact established, inactive, and prospective accounts on a scheduled basis to solicit purchase orders for company products.
  • Provide onsite service and support to customers.
  • Sell into major markets, including new and existing territories.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with established and prospective accounts.
  • Achieve individual and departmental financial goals established by the Management Team.
  • Meet and exceed monthly quota and budgets while growing year-over-year sales goals.
  • Visit current customers while continuing to prospect potential customers within the designated sales region.
  • Provide continuous education within the product realm.

Qualifications
  • Be a motivated self-starter with a strong proven track record of 2+ years of outside sales success preferred but not required, and the ability to meet & exceed target goals.
  • Hold a BA in Business or another related field preferred, but not required.
  • Be highly organized, with the ability to work independently.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be able to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Physical and Travel Requirements
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, including during travel and office work.
  • Ability to lift and move products as needed.
  • Must be comfortable driving for the majority of the workday to make sales calls and visit customer sites.
