Responsibilities

  • External and internal customer contact
  • Review and book orders from the sales team
  • Record key dates and activities related to orders
  • Collect customer payments following installation or delivery as needed
  • Process stage funding transactions and update invoices and internal spreadsheets
  • Review sub-contractor payments and upload invoices into database
  • Assist with internal audits monthly as needed
  • Must be focused on detail
  • Assigned tasks may vary based on business necessity
Skills and Knowledge
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal software programs and applications
  • Provide superb internal and customer support
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency
  • Strong problem‑solving skills
  • Adaptable to changing processes and priorities
  • Focused on details and follow through
  • Works collaboratively with team members and customers
  • Ability to add and subtract, multiply and divide, including ability to calculate figures, amounts due and percentages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, including the ability to read, interpret and understand and explain documents such as sales agreements and change orders
  • Ideal candidate must be a team player and exhibit a strong desire to learn and promote self‑growth. Must be self‑disciplined, self‑motivated and have a demonstrated ability to follow projects through to completion. Attention to detail is a must. Candidate will have proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applications, and will be expected to develop proficiency in Richmond Window’s internal software
  • Ability to effectively present information to others, gather information from others, and respond appropriately to questions from customers, co‑workers, and managers
  • Must display excellent phone and email etiquette
