We are looking for a New Home Advisor to join our team in the Richmond, VA area. We are looking for YOU!

• Responsible for leading prospective customers through beginning of home buying process within assigned communities and assist throughout the full customer experience.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals and standards within assigned communities.
• Serve as primary point of contact with customers from contract to close to achieve a successful customer experience.
• Generate traffic for communities through realtor outreach, collaborating with Marketing department, and following up with past prospects.
• Monitor and record data within the sales platform and prepare periodic reports in a timely manner.

• High School degree or equivalent and 2 years of experience in homebuilding, sales, customer service, or related field required.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales in a professional manner.
• Demonstrated ability to provide a successful customer experience within a deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities.
• Ability to adapt to change by acquiring and mastering new skills.
• Must be able to work weekends, some holidays, and some evenings.

The New Home Advisor is compensated on a straight commission basis per the New Home Advisor Compensation Agreement.

Yes. Frequent local travel is required.
