Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia is looking for In Home Sales Consultants to join its growing team. This is a full‑time position in a fast‑paced, energetic, deadline‑driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing- You will be visiting our customers in their homes, to consult and identify the product that will fit their needs.
- You will use the tools, training and sales methodology and create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services.
- You will have industry leading product samples, support and technology to assist you in closing the sale.
- You will commit to a customer service experience from start to end.
- 2+ years in‑home or outside sales experience.
- A proven track record of closing sales.
- A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Self‑motivation and results orientation.
- College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Potential for unlimited six‑figure income. Pay for performance is a salesperson's greatest compensation motivator.

Potential earnings range $100,000 – $250,000 per year. This position is a full commission position after 8 weeks of salary during the training period. Your first eight weeks is considered a training period. Your weekly salary will consist of $700 per week for a full 8 weeks.
As a full‑time Design Consultant after 8 weeks, you will be switched to a compensation package that consists of commission only. This will give you an opportunity to maximize your earnings in an uncapped commission capacity.
