Automotive Internet Sales Consultant; Experienced

Sheehy Ford of Richmond is seeking Experienced Internet Sales Consultants to join our high-performing internet sales team. The role involves managing inbound leads across multiple channels and ensuring exceptional customer service from inquiry to delivery.

• Handle all incoming internet inquiries and internet phone leads
• Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner
• Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer happiness
• Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set appointments for proper vehicle demonstrations
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
• Other duties as assigned

• In-House Position (NOT Remote)
• Required at least 6 months of Internet Sales Experience in any field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask required
• Ambitious, goal-oriented mentality and eager to improve
• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
• Must have a valid driver's license

• Bi-weekly salary plus monthly commission
