• Engage and educate potential customers with the value of our brand and products.
• Drive appointments by booking meetings with decision makers to showcase our solutions.
• Support events: set up, execute, and dismantle events to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide valuable insights by sharing customer feedback with management to improve future initiatives.
• Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm while engaging with others.

• People person: comfortable approaching new people, starting conversations, and building rapport.
• Dependable & reliable: punctual, responsible, and ready to take initiative.

• Reliable transportation: own means of transport for event‑related travel.
• Weekend availability: flexibility to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Physical requirements:
  
  able to lift up to 50 pounds during event setup.
• Eligibility: authorized to work in the U.S.

• Flat‑rate travel pay (not mileage) covering gas, wear‑and‑tear, and time.
• $17 – $30 per hour
  • Salary is a range of hourly wages and bonus combined; successful Event Promoters average $20–$30 per hour.
  • Hourly rate of $17.00 /hour.
  • Uncapped weekly bonus opportunities.
  • Bonus details:
    • Based on performance (full and part‑time).
    • $40.00 per appointment that receives a DEMO by our sales team.
• Vehicle allowance:
  • Our main office is based in Richmond, VA.
  • We pay you for your travel:
    • 30–60 miles round‑trip: $50/day
    • 61–80 miles: $60/day
    • 81–100 miles: $70/day
    • 101–120 miles: $80/day
    • 121–150 miles: $90/day
    • 151–180 miles: $100/day
