In-Home Sales Consultant

Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia is looking for In Home Sales Consultants to join its growing team. This is a full‑time position in a fast‑paced, energetic, deadline‑driven environment and a chance to become part of a passionate, close‑knit team geared toward growth and success.

• You will be visiting our customers at their homes to consult and identify the window and door product that will meet their needs.
• You will use tools, training, and sales methodology to build a connection with customers and offer replacement services.
• You will have industry‑leading product samples, support, and technology to assist you in closing the sale.
• You will provide commitment to a customer service experience from start to end.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

• $125,000 - $250,000 a year.
• Full commission after 8 weeks of salary for training period. Your first eight weeks are considered a training period. Your weekly salary will be $700 per week for the first 8 weeks.
• After 8 weeks, as a full‑time Design Consultant you will be switched to a commission‑only compensation package giving you the opportunity to maximize your earnings in an uncapped commission capacity.
