Responsibilities:

• Speak with potential customers about saving money through solar
• Collect information and schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with a Nova Solar Representative and see a customized solar proposal
• Follow up with appointments to ensure meetings take place
• Answer questions of potentials customers while building trust

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication
• Hard worker
• Ability to communicate and connect with customers
• Excellent customer experience
• Work a minimum of 25 hours per week
• Honest and strong moral compass

Compensation:

Lead Setter: $15 per hour plus bonus for each completed appointment plus bonus for each customer who agrees to go solar!

Average rep makes $50K -$65K per year. Above average reps make over $85K per year
