CoStar Group, a global leader in commercial and residential real‑estate information and analytics, is seeking a Member Services Lead Qualification Specialist to ensure highly qualified leads are delivered to our Member Agents.
About this roleThe Member Services Lead Qualification Specialist engages with high‑priority inbound leads, qualifying and dispositioning potential buyers or sellers and forwarding qualified leads to Member Agents via pres elected channels.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive vetting of leads received through outbound and inbound phone calls and emails to confirm they meet qualification criteria.
- Intercept and manage inbound calls on behalf of Member Agents, assessing the quality and potential of each lead.
- Engage directly with consumers interested in the home buying and selling process to connect them effectively to Member Agents.
- Use established criteria and tools to assess lead suitability and determine next steps.
- Analyze responses and data to ensure leads are credible and meet Member Agent requirements.
- Deliver a summary of the opportunity and client expectations to Member Agents via preferred communication channels.
- Utilize customer feedback to optimize and enhance product offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, non‑profit university or college.
- At least 2 years of call center and/or professional experience, preferably in lead generation, sales, or customer service within real estate.
- Strong time‑management, multi‑tasking, and prioritization skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interview and assess potential leads.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when evaluating lead quality.
- Customer‑focused approach with commitment to high‑quality support for leads and Member Agents.
- Proficiency with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.
- Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to work nights and weekends.
- Evidence of strong academic performance in college.

Base Compensation: $60,000.00 annually.
