Davis & Green is hiring an experienced HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our growing residential team. If you are a strong closer who thrives in a consultative, in-home sales environment, this is an opportunity to significantly grow your income with a company that values performance.

• Conduct in-home HVAC sales consultations
• Present good/better/best system options
• Design and recommend HVAC solutions based on homeowner needs
• Build trust and close sales professionally
• Follow up on leads and maintain pipeline

• 2+ years HVAC sales OR in-home sales experience
• Strong closing and communication skills
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience as a Comfort Advisor
• Familiarity with financing options
• Manual J knowledge (a plus)
