Position

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive, Loop Net Major Accounts to manage and grow relationships with our most strategic broker and owner clients. As a key member of the Major Accounts team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, marketing teams, and product specialists to help clients optimize their advertising and transaction strategies on Loop Net and Ten-X. This role is focused on day-to-day account management, client engagement, and revenue expansion through consultative selling and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive major account strategy in coordination with the Head of Major Accounts.
  • Identify and document key stakeholders across marketing, brokerage, asset management and executive leadership to ensure we know who to engage, how they influence and what motivates them.
  • Create and develop relationships with key clients to enhance retention and increase additional sales to those accounts. Constantly seek, share and implement best practices in the sales function.
  • Grow account participation and revenue among named Major Accounts by launching centralized advertising agreements or negotiating company-wide MSAs; collaborate with field sales teams to assist in achieving team goals with local offices.
  • Represent Loop Net by hosting and attending industry events and networking with commercial real estate professionals.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in account management, sales, or business development within commercial real estate, digital advertising, or related industries. Preferred experience working with large commercial brokers or owners.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals through consultative sales and account expansion strategies.
  • Client-Focused Approach: Strong ability to build relationships, communicate value, and drive results for high-profile clients.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to leverage analytics and performance data to optimize client outcomes and identify growth opportunities.
