Inside Sales Associate – , Richmond, VA
Inside Sales Associate role at , a leading rental marketplace, will operate as a strategic digital marketing partner to the multifamily industry. Through phone and webinar presentations, this position advises and sells clients marketing solutions, grows revenue by prospecting new clients and expanding existing accounts, and delivers outstanding customer support.
Responsibilities- Business Development – prospect opportunities to develop new business and identify upsell/renewal opportunities with current customers using CoStar Group’s market data.
- Relationship Management – build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor, growing revenue.
- Business Industry Acumen – develop subject‑matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, multifamily real‑estate, and market trends within the territory.
- Teamwork – partner with colleagues across teams to drive sales revenue and provide exceptional customer service.
- Customer Focus – deliver outstanding support through regular, value‑added communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
- Two or more years of B2B or high‑volume B2C sales experience, preferably in digital marketing/advertising sales or the multifamily industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
- Track record of commitment to prior employers.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person college or university.
- Availability to work 8:30 am‑5:30 pm EST, Monday‑Friday.
- Minimum 18 months of successful CoStar Group experience.

- Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics.

- Self‑starter who can work both within a team environment and independently, with strong organization and attention to detail.
- Experience managing customer relationships through the full life cycle, including contact and pipeline management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Evidence of strong academic performance in college.
$60,000.00 – $65,000.00 annually.
