What You’ll Do
  • Support and Manage Accounts:
    Begin with an active account list and work with our experienced team to develop new skills.
  • Develop New Local Business:
    Learn how to identify prospects, build relationships, and help local businesses reach their goals through customized advertising solutions.
  • Full Sales Cycle Training:
    Receive guidance on how to prospect, create proposals, present solutions, close deals, and provide follow-up service.
  • Collaborative Campaign Development:
    Work with clients and internal teams to create advertising campaigns across TV and digital platforms.
  • Achievable Sales Goals:
    Learn how to set and reach monthly, quarterly, and annual goals through coaching and structured support.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
