In-Home Sales & Tech Support

We’re looking for an entry‑level field role, ideal for someone starting their career who enjoys talking to people and wants hands‑on sales experience.

• Meet customers in home or office and help them through our Serve, Solve, Sell™ process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and prioritize customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and resolve customers’ tech issues or refer as needed.
• Leverage Asurion’s product range to offer tailored solutions and achieve sales targets.
• Work independently in the field after completing paid training.
• Continue coaching and mentoring to improve performance.

• Comfortable in a sales environment with set targets.
• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (motorcycles excluded).
• A personal vehicle, excluding motorcycles, with capability to travel up to 120 miles one‑way.
• Ability to work a varied 5‑day week schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Personal cellphone for job use.
• Comfortable working near household pets.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented and persuasive communication skills.
• Open‑minded, passionate about learning new skills.
• Outgoing, thrives in human interaction.
• Flexibility to adjust hours based on business needs.

• Base hourly rate $21.00 plus mileage reimbursement per IRS guidelines.
• Phone stipend $35 per month.
• Uncapped commissions paid bi‑weekly.
• 3 weeks paid training with early access to earned pay.
