New Home Advisor​/Sales Agent

Overview

Mungo Homes is adding a New Home Advisor / Sales Agent to our team in the Richmond, VA market! This position is responsible for securing prospective clients for sales within an assigned community.

• Show prospective clients available properties within the assigned community.
• Answer potential buyers’ questions regarding construction, financing, amenities, and availability.
• Participate in available training for self‑development and to improve sales techniques.
• Promote sales of properties by using available marketing collateral and learned sales techniques.
• Outline and recommend available options and services to new buyers.
• Participate in outside events to remain knowledgeable in the local real‑estate market.
• Meet or exceed performance goals defined by the key indicators for the Sales Department.
• Resolve late payment issues.
• Comply with all safety rules and use appropriate safety equipment.
• Maintain a clean, well‑organized work area.

• One to three years of related experience and/or training in residential real estate.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Preferred knowledge of KOVA software.
