Join Prestige Healthcare Services, a leading provider of short-term and long-term skilled rehabilitation, in the Richmond, VA area, as we seek a talented Director of Community Relations to lead our community outreach efforts.

We are searching for a dynamic, results-driven healthcare professional to join our team as a Director of Community Relations. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing strategies to increase market awareness, collaborating on key sales initiatives, and building relationships with community agencies and physicians. Your strong sales skills and existing referral source relationships will be essential in driving growth and success.

• Develop and implement community outreach strategies to increase brand awareness and drive patient referrals
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive key initiatives and achieve business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community agencies, physicians, and other stakeholders to drive growth and revenue
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
• Develop and manage budgets for community outreach initiatives
• Monitor and report on progress towards goals and objectives

• Two years of successful experience in healthcare, sales, or a related field
• Strong sales and relationship‑building skills
• Existing referral source relationships and ability to develop new ones
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
