• Hourly pay: $23 per hour
• 10% monthly bonus opportunity
• No weekends required
• Weekly pay (Daily Pay options available)

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship‑focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.

• Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals.
• Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
• Visit multiple store locations on a daily and weekly basis.
• Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance.
• Execute assigned activities inside each location during all visits.
• Demonstrate an ability to establish and influence business relationships through merchant awareness, POP placement and consistent productivity.
• Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit.

• Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and successful MVR screening.
• Prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience (minimum 6 months).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, reliable, able to manage a daily route.
• Adaptable, professional, and customer‑focused.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.

• Experience in retail, sales, field marketing, or customer‑facing roles.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
